Facility Certification

SCA has the following inspection services with its experienced engineers;

Inspection within the scope of ATEX 137(99/92/EC) Minimum requirements for improving the health and safety protection of workers potentially at risk from explosive atmospheres: It is the process of performing inspection procedures and monitoring the adequacy of the Explosion Protection Document of the company by SCA.

Inspection of EN 60079-14 Electrical Installations design, selection and erection: It is the process of performing inspection of electrical installations in the explosive areas by taking EN 60079-14 and EN 60079-0 standards as reference by SCA within the scope of 2014/34/EU authorized from TURKAK.

Project Conformity Inspection within the scope of EN 60079-10-1 and EN 60079-10-2: It is the process of performing inspection of the plant made before the commissioning of facility by taking EN 60079-10-1 and 60079-10-2 as reference by SCA.

Maintenance – Service Certification

Conformity Certificate: 60079-19: Ex-proof equipment repair, overhaul and reclamation: Service organizations that provide services for the maintenance and repair of ex-proof equipment, such as repair, large maintenance and operation of equipment designed for use in explosive atmospheres, shall have this certificate.

For the repair, overhaul and reclamation services of ex-proof devices, EN 60079-19 Standard Conformity Certificate should be preferred.
