1. I will ensure the protection of the confidentiality of all the information obtained through the processes, as required by its activities, (all information and properties, including technical drawings, application and information acquisition forms, exam questions and evaluation reports, ideas of the organization / person, etc.),
2. I will never disclose such information to unauthorized parties without the written consent of the client organization /institution,
3. I will ensure the independence of permanent staff and contract staff from any commercial or other interest relations that may endanger the impartiality of the certified companies / institutions, in the past and / or still in progress,
4. I will ensure the protection of the confidentiality of the information obtained during certification processes,
5. I will ensure the protection of all copyright and patent rights,
6. I will ensure that the personnel are free from commercial, financial and other pressures that may affect the decisions of the personnel,
7. I will provide the ertification process without interfering with the certification resultsby persons or organizations other than SCA,
8. I undertake that SCA will not be the material designer, manufacturer, supplier, installer purchaser, owner, user, maintainer or authorized representative of the company that SCA certifies,
9. Regarding the certification processes, I will ensure that no action is taken to contradict the independence of their decisions and accuracy,
10. In product certification activities; activities of relevant organizations; I will ensure that SCA will not affect its certification activities, confidentiality, objectivity and impartiality,
11. I will not supply or design the documented product types,
12. I will ensure that the selected subcontractor organization / person is not directly related to the design or manufacture of the product,
13. I undertake that I will not make material, moral, commercial and other pressures to company employees and certification staff,
14. I will not discriminate against any person / institution / organization, I will treat them equally,
15. I will be impartial to SCA personnel, I will not discriminate, I will treat them equally,
16. I will not make any gift, money or any benefit-providing help or request from any person/institution/organization and I will definitely refuse if they are offered and/or given,
17. I undertake that I will ensure the effectiveness of the management system in order to meet the standard of EN 17065 in the development and implementation of the SCA management system.
